Greg Wood left Bridgewater Associates in 2011 to found WrkFlws, Inc. and began delivering consulting and staff augmentation services to help investment banks and money managers comply with new regulatory requirements in the United States. Over the next few years, the company developed competencies in project management, business analysis, and subject matter expertise in governance, risk, finance, accounting, compliance, business transformation, information technology, and operations, with a focus on applying those competencies at the intersection of IT, operations, and finance in the world’s best known financial services organizations. Over time, the company extended delivery of its services to other industries and opened several offices around the globe.
